Hello Lindy. After smoking for 10 years, I can't believe how easy you made it for me to quit. It's been 3 months and I can absolutely state: "No thanks - I don't smoke!" When you first asked me to keep saying this out loud around the house I thought it was silly but hey - it seems I was the silly one.
